The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and finalizing visual graphics and designs as per client specifications or project goals. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other visual design tools.
- Strong understanding of layout, color theory, and typography.
- Familiarity with print processes and preparing designs for digital platforms.
- Proficient understanding of keeping design assets organized and accessible for the team.

USER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

- Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced
- Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
- Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
- Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
